Job Description
This position will play a critical role in safeguarding Quint's information assets and
ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the company's data and systems.
This role will develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect our
organization from cyber threats, breaches and vulnerabilities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide cybersecurity leadership and help define the organization's cybersecurity
    & IT compliance vision, strategy and priorities.
  • Identify, prioritize, communicate and mitigate cybersecurity risk throughout the
    Quint environment.
  • Assess and manage cybersecurity risks associated with third-party vendors and
    partners.
  • Direct incident response by investigating the cause of a breach and implementing
    the right solutions in a timely manner.
  • Oversee vulnerability audits, penetration tests and forensic IT investigations,
    ensuring that any outcomes are understood and applied.
  • Ensure that staff security training and compliance efforts are up to date and
    completed in alignment with company policy.
  • Assist with budgetary allocations and financial forecasts relating to cybersecurity.
  • Manage partners, stakeholders, vendors and third-party solutions providers.
  • Provide regular reporting on cybersecurity risk management to Quint executive
    management and our parent company.
  • Manage cybersecurity and technology related policy development, review and
    update.
  • Oversee the company's GDPR, IT SOX, PCI-DSS and other compliance
  • Oversee the company's GDPR, IT SOX, PCI-DSS and other compliance
    program(s) and related audits in collaboration with accounting, internal audit, and
    legal personnel.

Skills/Qualifications
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in enterprise technology, including risk management,
    cybersecurity, and operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent
  • One or more professional security certifications preferred (CISM, CISSP, CRISC)
  • Experience communicating cybersecurity risks to all levels of the organization.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards (CIS, NIST, and PCI-DSS), regulatory
    requirements (GDPR and SOX) and a general understanding of the SEC's
    cybersecurity requirements.
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and communicate effectively, across
    functionalities and at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to frequent changes.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and problem solve with minimal
    supervision.
