ISSO Position is on-site requires US Secret Security Clearance (~ 10 hours per week, but flexible on hours and days as long as it is during normal business hours.)
- Typically, a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Typically, Ten (10) years experience in significant, proven and relevant IT and industry roles with at least 3-5 years in senior IT or Cyber leadership roles.
- Experience providing technical guidance to product teams and IT architects related to the design of IT and System architectures with security in mind. Must be able to guide others towards architecting and engineering secure solutions.
- Ability to develop policies and cyber best practices for a global enterprise spanning three continents
- Strong technical aptitude including networking, cloud computing services (Azure preferred but not required), active directory, and other cyber services. Must be able to direct policy, assess risk and performance, and converse fluently with technical staff on these matters.
- Familiarity with common Cyber tools such as SIEM, SOAR, X/EDR, and DLP.
- Ability to communicate with and influence high level executives.
- Proven capabilities in managing and working collaboratively within a multicultural geographically dispersed environment.
- Significant oversight of large and complex IT services and projects.
- Ability to build and develop a strong team.
- Demonstrated experience persuading senior and executive leaders on new initiatives.
- Exercises substantial control over the continuity and effectiveness of IT systems by planning, monitoring, coordinating, and supporting all required activities.
- Travel to different operational areas of the business is necessary.
- Excellent organization and project management skills with the flexibility/ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects that produce enterprise-wide result.
- Strong oral/written/persuasive communication skills and a demonstrated ability to appropriately make decisions while keeping stakeholders informed.
