Responsibilities and Duties:
• Work with Cyber Security manager to implement Cyber Security solutions according to Cyber Security roadmap.
- Monitor and review security alarms and logs for abnormal activity and respond accordingly.
- Configure, maintain, recommend Cyber Security tools.
- Assist IT team members and other users to address security concerns.
- Implementing and maintain Oak Harbor Cyber Security awareness platform and testing.
- Assist with penetration testing, audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Provide on-going technology risk reporting, monitoring key trends and defining metrics to regularly measure control effectiveness.
- Participate in incident response, forensic investigation activities, tabletop exercises, business continuity and disaster recovery planning and exercise.
- Perform regulatory compliance support and analysis activity.
- Participate directly in off-hour support activities when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a Cyber Security Analyst or similar role.
- College degree in computer science or similar discipline preferred. Consideration may be given to individuals with a demonstrated progression in relevant work experience with certification credentials from a recognized education institute.
- Familiarity or experience with NIST framework
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, M365, Azure AD, Azure cloud, end point protection, email protection, firewall, switches, and other infrastructure services and end point devices.
- Strong abilities in problem solving, critical thinking, research, documentation, attention to details, and follow through.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and professionally with all levels of management and staff.
- Strong abilities and great degree of sensitivity to manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Cyber incident response handling and basic cyber forensics
