Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Cyber Risk management professional who is passionate about providing strategic direction for MMA's Cyber and E&O placements and leads delivery of Cyber and Technology E&O resources to the Northwest region. An ideal candidate for this position will play a critical role in agency business development and retention efforts and provide technical expertise to employees in our Business Insurance practice. + Lead and deliver Cyber and Technology E&O resources to the Northwest region. Partner with leadership to provide strategic direction to MMA Business Insurance teams as it relates creation and execution of cyber initiatives.

+ Collaborate with sales and client relations colleagues on new Cyber business opportunities and assist with key client renewal and marketing process, including negotiation of rates with carriers and presenting alternative options when appropriate. Discuss market strategy with Business Insurance teams as needed.

+ Participate on the national Cyber Center of Excellence (COE) team and take part in strategic planning initiatives to formulate credible, effective, long-range strategies. Support annual budgets that reflect growth goals and business conditions.

+ Stay current on cyber and technology E&O trends and maintain industry knowledge in cyber and technology E&O.

+ Actively participate in organization initiatives and support core values.

+ You're a cyber and technology enthusiast. You're adept at leveraging your knowledge to build strategic partnerships cross-functionally. We prefer that you have a Bachelor's degree and/or at least 5+ years of insurance experience including a strong knowledge of Cyber. Sales or underwriting experience is preferred.

The Perks:

We take pride in providing our colleagues with a competitive compensation package; we will honor all local and state salary thresholds. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. The salary range for this position is $81,300-$130,000/year. Additionally, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives, annual profit sharing and a benefits package that includes paid paternity/maternity leave, medical leave, 401K savings and other wellbeing programs. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
