Cyber Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of cyber threats, including malware, phishing, and other attack vectors, to provide timely and actionable intelligence.
• Collaborate with the incident response team to investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring swift and effective mitigation.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate cyber threat intelligence from various sources to stay ahead of emerging threats.
• Assess vulnerabilities and potential risks to the organization's systems and networks, providing recommendations for remediation.
• Develop and deliver threat intelligence briefings to internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate threat intelligence into security operations and enhance detection and response capabilities.
• Generate and present comprehensive reports on cyber threat trends, incidents, and mitigation strategies.
• Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, threat actors, and technologies to continually improve the organization's security posture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of professional experience in Cyber Intelligence or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of cyber threats, attack methodologies, and threat intelligence analysis techniques.
• Experience with threat intelligence platforms and tools.
• Proficiency in conducting open-source intelligence (OSINT) research.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for presenting complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Secret Clearance or ability to obtain
