Cvar East Member Support Specialist

The Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS® (CVAR) is looking for a team member to fill the role of Part Time Member Services Representative. This team member acts as a primary contact for members, answering inquiries and providing support in the areas of education and all member-related benefits to members of the Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS®.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• The Member Services Representative is fully trained in all aspects of the Association and will be well versed in Association Policy, procedures, MLS Rules and Regulations, Data Integrity Standards and Bylaws. Will responds to requests from individual members in a timely manner.
• Will process new member applications, interact one-on-one with new applicants and familiarize them with the Association facilities, services, programs and member benefits and membership requirements.
• Will have the ability to update member records in the member management system including but not limited to transfers, reinstatements, deletions, address changes, and email changes.
• Shares responsibility for answering calls from membership.
• Takes member payment for dues and assists in the store when necessary for sales and customer service.
• Will be knowledgeable of the Supra products, including the ability to issue, replace, trouble shoot and teach all aspects of the electronic lockbox keys and key boxes.

Prior Association experience preferred, but transferrable skills from a different industry will be considered. Training on CVAR systems and member programs will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
