Your role at Clorox:
The Customer Team Leader owns overall business results for assigned businesses at Sam's Club. Provides strategic leadership, prioritization, and alignment of organizational resources to enable execution of effective and profitable business plans. This team lead role is responsible for 5 businesses at Sam's Club, 40% of the Sam's Club business for Clorox.

In this role, you will:
Owns overall business results for assigned businesses at Sam's Club. Provides strategic leadership, prioritization, and alignment of organizational resources
to enable execution of effective and profitable business plans.
Engage our People as Business Owners: Coaches, develops, empowers team members as appropriate. Actively manages staffing needs and succession planning for team. Has a track record for development of direct reports. 30%
Drive the Business: Owns strategy & execution of volume, sales, AMPS and profit objectives for assigned businesses at customer. Manages JBP with customer and internal long term growth planning. Owns policy deployment and compliance. 30%
Customer Planning and Strategy Development: Drives an integrated and cross-functional business planning process. Owns influence and partnership with internal leadership and relationship development with Customer. 20%

Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste: Ensures Team has knowledge and tools to drive effective and efficient growth. Brings awareness and education of Customer needs, market dynamics and partnership opportunities to internal stakeholders. 10%
What we look for:
• 10+ years of CPG experience
• Significant Clorox external (Field/Customer) or equivalent sales experience
• Knowledge/experience working in or applying shopper card data to strategy and media/demand planning
• Ability to work along cross-functional leadership, customers, and develop the team in time
• Experience with Customer Planning /JBP (joint business partners)
• Demonstrates GM/Enterprise Mindset
Workplace type:
Onsite - Must be Bentonville, AR based and in office 3 days out of the week.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
-Zone A: $144,200 - $289,900
-Zone B: $132,200 - $265,700
-Zone C: $120,200 - $241,600

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox's incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
