Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Survey Administrator And Data Scientist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information in regards to membership satisfaction surveys and employee engagement surveys.
Responsibilities:
- Working with clubs to build membership satisfaction surveys including quantitative and qualitative results
- Analyze the surveys and write reports
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Study and develop knowledge based on the survey data
Qualifications:
- Experience in consumer behavior surveys including satisfaction
- Ability to work closely with the private club business management and members
- Experience with Qualtrics or like software systems
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
