Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely manner. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism. Your excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers will be essential in providing accurate and efficient support. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our customers and will have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of our products and services based on their feedback.


Responsibilities;

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information and guidance.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members for further resolution.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Managing and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Providing product assistance and guidance to customers, including troubleshooting technical issues.

Requirements;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work evening shifts and weekends, as required.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other Customer Support tools.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
