Prestigious Fortune 500 company in the banking sector is seeking dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist in Brokerage Services. In this role, you will be participating in moderately complex support services related to addressing brokerage complaints, account management, operations, documentation, customer service, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Customer Support functional area.
• Review basic or tactical routine technical issues, challenges, applications, product conversions, and new product development.
• Present recommendations for resolving moderate to complex situations, exercising independent judgment while developing an understanding of internal and external customer needs.
• Provide information to customer service colleagues, relationship managers, internal partners, stakeholders, and customers to resolve customer issues.
• Serve as the first point of customer contact in providing support for routine technical questions and issues.
• Address brokerage complaints and work collaboratively with customers to achieve resolution.
Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center, or equivalent.
• Series 7 License: Must be active or within a 2-year window for quick reactivation.
• Brokerage Operations Experience.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite..
7 Strong Verbal/Written Communication Skills.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
• Series 63 and/or Series 65 licenses.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations.
• Experience in resolving brokerage-related complaints.
