Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is actively hiring a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be a critical part in supporting our clients Unified Communications systems, business processes, and customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have an ability to learn Unified Communications and technology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service—compensation up to $21/hour.
What You'll Be Doing as Customer Support Specialist:
- Resolve customer issues or requests in our Unified Communications division via phone and ticketing system.
- Prioritize a positive customer experience with each customer interaction.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation of support activities and track time spent on tasks within our ticketing system.
What We're Looking for in a Customer Support Specialist:
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
- Effective verbal communication and exceptional customer service skills.
- A natural curiosity for technology and learning how it can benefit our customers.
- This position requires an enthusiastic professional with a good work ethic, independent decision-making and judgement, professionalism, strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced learning environment to quickly acquire new skills.
