```Responsibilities``` - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Resolve customer complaints, problems, and requests with patience and empathy - Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and account information - Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure a positive customer experience - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or to offer additional services - Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services that may enhance their experience - Uphold company policies and procedures while assisting customers ```Experience``` - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus - Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems - Familiarity with sales techniques including upselling is advantageous
