Part-Time Customer Support Associate

Schedule: Part-Time, 12 pm - 4 pm, Monday through Friday

Constantly Varied Gear is expanding and looking for a dedicated Part TimeCustomer Support Associate to assist our incredible customers, ensuring they have the best possible interaction with our brand.

We are looking for talented, hardworking, and motivated individuals with a love for fashion and fitness apparel to join our team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring each customer interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accuracy with all returning inventory
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via emails, live chats, support tickets, and reviews
• Stay informed about our inventory and upcoming product releases
• Engage with customers via various digital and social media platforms
• Troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues quickly
• Assist in special product related issues as needed
• Foster and engage with our vibrant community, taking care of their needs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with digital ecommerce platforms and support integrations such as Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, ShipStation, ShipBob, Happy Returns, and Loop etc
• Proficient in using computer systems and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

Location: On site only, not a remote position

Pay Rate: Between $17.87 - $20.10 / hour, based on experience
