Job description
The Luxor team has built a range of solutions for Bitcoin mining and compute power, including a globally distributed Mining Pool, ASIC firmware, ASIC brokerage desk and RFQ platform, Hashrate Derivatives markets and an industry leading data platform with Hashrate Index. We are looking for a Customer Support representative to support our business lines.
This fully remote role will report to the Business Development Lead. Depending on the customer and business needs, there will be a requirement to travel.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant fields working as a Customer Support Specialist, Community Manager or alike in Technology or Finance industries.
- Love helping people. You'll be in contact with our core-customers on a daily basis addressing their diverse questions and collaborate with the engineering team to fix any issues.
- Available to work non-standard hours.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience as a Technical Writer.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Knowledge of billing and CRM platforms.
- Interest in the bitcoin mining industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop technical subject matter expertise across our robust product and service offerings.
- Provide best-class experience to support clients on a timely manner on various platforms (Hubspot, Telegram, Discord, Email, and others). Working with multiple teams to provide solutions to issues that arose on the platform.
- Create and maintain internal and external user-friendly documentation, user-guides and resources.
- Continually improve the client experience by championing client feedback to other parts of the organization such as the product and engineering teams.
- Strive to make miners access to information as efficient as possible, developing documentation, automating processes, and providing all rounded support.
