Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, providing exceptional support to our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive overall experience. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate interaction and workflow among project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure timely deliverables
- Collaborate, problem-solve, and/or strategize with team members on upcoming client meetings
- Responsible for building relationships with our external and internal customers to deliver the FH experience.
- Daily pro-active communication with internal & external customers
- Manage issues/complaints from customers on various products utilizing our CRM and external platforms.
- Complete courtesy calls to external customers to ensure world class customer service and proactively communicate any order issues or sales campaign promotions
- Manage and maintain spreadsheets / reports
- Assist in training new employees and cross-training across all Fleet Hoster customer service functions
- Handle basic product information and calls from downstream customers
- Assist in the troubleshooting and complaint resolution for customers
Education and Work Experience:
- High School/Technical School AND/OR 1-3 years customer service experience
- 4-year college degree preferred
- Solid verbal & written communications skills
- Basic analytical decision making with the ability to think through complex issues
- Basic Computer Skills, including Outlook, Excel & Word
- Basic Software knowledge: Microsoft Office, NetSuite or CRM
- Attention to detail, organizational & prioritization skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
- Basic product knowledge
- Basic problem resolution and negotiation skills
- Solid listening skills
- Solid relationship building skills with internal & external customers
- May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.
