Customer Success Representative (Treasurer's Office): Do you thrive in a team environment which fosters a culture of professionalism, innovation, efficiency, pleasantness, excitement, and ownership? If so, you may make an excellent Customer Success Representative! Our team serves as the first point of contact to the public representing the Treasurer’s office to facilitate the collection of payments and communication of information to the public in person as well as via phone, email, and written correspondence. Tasks include but are not limited to; payment processing, utilizing technology to perform assigned tasks, quality customer service, and research and resolve problems relating to payments in a fast paced environment. Performs various other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least four (4) years cash and check handling experience related to banking teller, cashiering, customer service, and office administration
- Knowledgeable in the use of computer operations, including but not limited to MicrosoftOffice, especially Microsoft Excel
- Able to use reason to perform mathematical calculations
- Strong communication and works well in a team environment
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
Wage is Dependent on Qualifications
In addition to Beaufort County application requirements, Treasurer’s Office applicants will be subject to a credit check and an assessment of technical knowledge.

**Beaufort County has various facilities within the county, and many departments have multiple offices to serve our citizens. Management reserves the right to transfer employees from one location to another within the county at any time based on business need. Employees will be given as much notice as possible prior to a change in work location.
