Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Serve as the go-to authority for customers, guiding them through their journey.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular check-ins, training sessions, and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to relay customer needs and contribute to product improvement.
- Use analytics and customer interaction data to drive strategies for Customer Success and retention.
- Conduct customer training webinars, write help articles, and maintain the FAQ section to improve the customer experience.
- Foster and build a community of satisfied customers who can act as brand ambassadors.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success or related roles within enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of the needs and challenges specific to AEC users (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)
- Experience in analyzing customer data to drive success strategies
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Do you have 2-3+ years of experience in Customer Success roles?
- Have you worked in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry?
- Have you worked as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Project Architect in a construction industry?
- Have you worked in a construction field?
- Have you conducted customer research in your previous job?
