The Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with new and existing clients to support them across all Verivest products and services. You will focus on building and managing client relationships, increasing product adoption and expand share of wallet. You will work closely with a number of internal teams, including Accounting, Product and Engineering, to put the client experience at the forefront of everything we do. Responsibilities
- Own a growing book of business, overseeing the relationship across all Verivest products and services post-implementation, including managing contract renewals, retention and identifying cross-sale and upsell opportunities.
- Drive customer adoption of key features and best practices.
- Serve as an advocate, representing the voice of the client to ensure a customer-first approach across all Verivest service offerings.
- Become the go-to person for the client and cross-functional service-line leads for the account to ensure Verivest produces all client work with the highest level of quality, on time.
- Partner with other teams across the organization to identify and drive improvements in cross-functional processes and initiatives.
- Additional responsibilities as directed for the success of the team and the Company.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in client success or account management, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of client accounts, building deep relationships with client partners.
- Experience discussing upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.
- Knowledge or genuine interest in real estate and the real estate investment space would be highly regarded.
- Tech savvy, with experience in HubSpot and Intercom a plus.
- Ability to orchestrate, lead and influence stakeholders to drive decisions collaboratively.
- Outstanding communication skills over the phone and via email.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and activities simultaneously.
- Self-starter, with the ability to take initiative, learn quickly, figure out what is needed and get the job done!
