The Opportunity: Customer Success Admin
CSM focus is regularly pulled away from core areas of customer relationships, adoption, renewals, and growth. Significant time is being spent on questions and issues involving contracts and billing. Account audits are especially time-consuming. Additional support in these areas can help free up CSM bandwidth to focus on their high-value efforts.
What can you expect the role to look like:
- Become proficient on understanding and navigating LifeLoop internal systems, workflows, and data flows.
- Assist with contract gathering and terms review for customer cancellation requests.
- Help with account audits to ensure that hardware assets, contracts, and billing are accurate and verified by the customer.
- Explore and introduce different methods to leverage available data to help mitigate risk, identify growth, and preserve ARR.
- Manage SMB inbound requests, as assigned.
- Improve and maintain customer data hygiene in CRM through regular audits and contact verification.
- Conduct industry and customer research on key MM+SMB accounts for growth indicators, disposition discovery, and account management alignment.
What we expect of you:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience related to customer research, customer journey mapping, customer feedback analysis, or customer onboarding.
