SalaryWe're looking for a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate who is able and willing to work in the warehouse and the office.
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative, who is also willing to engage in several warehouse duties. Learning the products is key and extremely beneficial in understanding the questions customers will have, so working in the warehouse and helping when needed is a requirement. This role is for someone who strives for efficiency, while continuously seeking new and improved ways of operational excellence focused on customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of customer order flow and order fulfillment, as well as shipping and receiving. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills and be comfortable working in multiple systems. Prophet 21 experience is a plus . Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have the ability to work in a team environment. Must possess good problem solving skills and strong math skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
