Armor Coat Roof Coatings is looking to hire a Customer Service/Point of Sale employee. Your duties will be answering phones, emails, and writing up customer orders. We use QuickBooks software as our POS system, so experience with this system is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will posses strong communication skills and be a fast learner. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Write up customer orders in QuickBooks
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus but not required
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
