SalaryWe are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented individual to take on the administrative and customer service aspects of order processing, and other clerical duties. Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service is a necessity as this position will be processing orders over the phone and assisting customers with samples and questions regarding various products. The person in this role must have the ability to multi-task, think quickly, and adapt.
Responsibilities
- Download and process online orders from multiple websites and platforms; including Amazon
- Process credit card transactions & credit inquiries
- Follow-up on problematic orders and ensure timely processing and completion
- Communicate and coordinate orders with shipping
- Follow deadlines set by 3rd party sellers & websites
- Provide customer service support and inquiry response via phone and e-mail
Requirements
- Ability to perform record-keeping and clerical duties accurately and timely
- High-level ability to perform data entry with minimal error
- Multi-tasking
- Ability to prioritize and adjust schedule to meet job demands
- Ability to problem solve, take initiative, and work independently without close supervision once trained

Bonus Qualifications or Experience
- Amazon and/or other retail sites
- Prior experience with order processing and shipping
- Experience in an Accounts Receivable position
- Knowledge of FDA standards in relation to retail & international shipping
- QuickBooks experience
