Customer Service/Order Processing

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Sales Support / Order Processing. Each Support person is assigned 2-3 salespeople and will be responsible for managing their orders from start to finish. A strong work ethic, proactive approach, a desire to learn and exceptional organizational skills are essential attributes for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

·         Documentation Management: Monitor and manage the timeline of each order and maintain data in our project management system to ensure we are current with in-process customer orders. Responsible for accurate and organized records of orders, purchase orders and invoices. All relevant information must be maintained and easily accessible.
 

·         Order Processing: Responsible for order management in an efficient and detailed manner for our Sales Team. Coordinate these orders internally with our sales team, graphics department and other staff and externally with our domestic and international factories.

·         Customer Service: Provide detailed and comprehensive communications throughout the order process between salesperson, factory, shipping/receiving and customers. Answer incoming customer service calls for both Morgan Chaney and Splash Packaging.

·         Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely between all departments and provide effective communication and streamlined workflow.

·         Skills to be the "hub" of information and facilitate others to help our customers get their products on time.

·         Must be highly organized and detail oriented.

·         Strong multi-tasking, time management, and prioritization capabilities.

·         Must possess strong critical thinking skills, problem solving, time management and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.

·         Effective and professional verbal and written communication.

·         Self-starter with a positive attitude, and ability to manage own schedule and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn and grow in the position.

·         Computer literate and proficient in office software (Microsoft Office Suite)

·         Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
