Summary
Responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately.
Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities
- Receiving customer orders and proactively seeking orders / review for suggestions
- Forwarding customer orders for fulfillment including follow-through to delivery
- Communicating with External Carriers to Schedule and follow through to Delivery
- Invoicing / Credits
- Error resolution
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Education & Experience
-High School Diploma
-Prior customer service experience preferred
-Good analytical and communication (both oral and written) skills
-Ability to use the Microsoft Office of applications; specifically using NAV for order entry and to record data and calculate results, Word and Excel to create and modify documents, and Outlook to communicate internally and externally
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
