Job Summary:

Nasco Healthcare is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused individual to join our team. Responsibilities include processing orders and quotes in a timely manner for our International and Domestic markets. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Inside Sales Support to ensure efficient order entry and exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries, process orders and provide effective solutions to questions and, or complaints
• Provide accurate part numbers, pricing, and cost information to customers
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Nasco Healthcare products, their uses, and components to expertly recommend the best products for customers' specific needs.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor
• Efficiently enter orders, retrieve Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system information and proficient use of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce
• Additional related duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.

Required Skills and Abilities:

· 1 to 2 years of data entry experience

· Excellent phone and customer service skills.

· Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.

· Comfortable working with customers in a calm, professional manner, using empathy to understand their needs.

· Ability to establish positive working relationships with co-workers and customers.

· Ability to accurately type 30-35 WPM.

· Ability to use MS office/Excel and Adobe

· Experience using ERP and CRM systems

· Must be organized, detail oriented for accurate data entry

· Efficiently perform multiple tasks and assignments in a fast-paced environment

· Must be able to read and write in English.
