Direct Fairways, a leading golf course marketing company in Tempe, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Billing Representative. If you're passionate about problem-solving, excel in fast-paced environments, and have a knack for handling challenging situations with ease, we want to hear from you!
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Handle incoming and outbound calls related to client accounts. Ability to assess customers’ needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method within company policies.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries regarding billing, services, and general inquiries.Knowledge of basic computer skills and ability to update customer profiles/accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, empathizing, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Effectively diffuse escalated situations and manage interactions with angry or upset customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, billing, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer concerns.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience handling difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism.
