At Rack N Road we sell and install custom car racks and trailer hitches along with overlanding gear such as roof top tents and custom platforms for cars and SUV's
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries or concerns
- Help customers plan and outfit their vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Provide product recommendations and upsell additional items
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Strong Customer Service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in sales or upselling products is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
