Escondido Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced and motivated candidate to join our Operations Team.

The Representative position assists with branch activities, including day-to-day delivery of member-facing services and processing transactions, in coordination with all member service functions.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for Escondido FCU members and provide a positive first impression through friendly and efficient member service. Responsible for primarily handling teller transactions, providing operational support, cross-selling credit union products/services, and resolving member service issues. Process transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering an overall professional and exceptional membership experience.

Essential Functions

• Perform deposits and withdrawal transactions.
• Reconcile and balance teller cash drawer.
• Process incoming and outgoing wires
• Assist members with problem resolution.
• Assist in ATM balancing.
• Detect and report fraudulent or suspicious activities by completing BSA reporting as required, Currency Transactions Reports, or Monetary Instrument Reports
• Perform all aspects of new account opening procedures for all credit union products/services.
• Answer member inquiries, make appropriate financial solutions and recommendations.
• Perform member service functions such as but not limited to check orders, change of address, return mail processing, and other account maintenance changes

Maintain confidentiality of customer information as well as credit union proprietary information.
