Shack Shine is a home service company, specializing in window washing, gutter cleaning, power washing and Christmas lights services for a high-end clientele.

Shack Shine is hiring for a full time Customer Service Technician to join our production team.

No direct experience? No problem! We care about who you are way more than your experience and will happily train the right person!

• Highly detailed, organized, and efficient
• Customer focused with a passion for delivering outstanding results
• Reliable, able to show up to work on time each day

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Completing window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and Christmas light installation of high-end residential homes.
• Organizing and managing equipment, including an awesome Mercedes Sprinter van
• Working with clients to provide exceptional Customer Service
• Planning and managing the job site

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Friendly personality
• Reliability - show up to work on time each day
• Ability to work with ladders, and comfortable with heights is a must
• Able to do physical work including bending, lifting, and handling tools
• Driver's license and acceptable driving history

HOURS: Full time Monday – Friday with occasional Saturdays if desired.

• Starting pay of $23 per hour, depending on experience

• All bonuses and tips are paid out each pay period (every 2 weeks)
• On average technicians earn an EXTRA $400+ per month via bonuses and tips
