We are a Michigan, based Company, We specialize in marketing, sales, Customer Service, and management nationwide. A Customer Service representative, or Team Member, will act as a liaison, provide service information and resolve any problems that our customers accounts might face!

Job functions:
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Career-oriented
- Must want advancement opportunity
- Must be professional
- Must be able to pass a background check
- At least 1 year in a Customer Service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
