Customer Service Support Role Assisting with Parts Sales
This position is for a Full Time Sales Support Employee to assist in following up on current leads and providing phone and/or internet/email support to potential and current clients..
Responsibilities and Requirements.
-Enthusiastic employee with great Phone and Customer Service Skills
-Strong Phone and Internet Skills
-Auto Parts Experience, Counter Sales a big plus
-Inbound Phone - Answer incoming calls requesting information about the company’s products.
-Outbound Phone - Following up via phone or email with Interested Parties, Reaching out to New and Existing Accounts.
-Keeping record of Sales Calls and Customer Interactions
-Spreadsheet and Internet Research Skills.
- Upon request, take part in special projects as requested by Supervisor
