Job Description
To Qualify: High School Diploma/GED required. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of customer experience; have strong Customer Service skills; have the ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from a diverse population of staff, customers, and the general public; have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to command control in emergency or crisis situations. Must have the following: a valid driver’s license; telephone; computer/word-processing skills, preferably Microsoft Office; ability to function autonomously and as part of a team. Pre-employment SBI, DMV, DHHS, sex offender registry, and federal debarment and fraud background checks must be completed upon offer of hire and as a condition of employment.
