Under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, the Patient Account Rep is responsible for the registration process including: verifying insurance eligiblity, correct demographics in the system, verifying and correcting insurance information, collection of copayments, prior balances, and providing administrative support to the practice. As with Lutheran Health Network position to always promote, througj actios and attitudes, the highest level of customer care and service.
Education:
Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Two to three years of experience with office operations preferred.
Licensure/Certificatio/Registration:
No licensure or certification required for this position.
