If you enjoy helping others and flourish in a fast-paced environment, you might be a fit for our Claims Customer Service Specialist position. Taking inbound claims calls, you’ll troubleshoot a variety of claims servicing questions which can include confirmation and status of a claim, billing, and general policy inquiries. You may work with our commercial auto or workers’ compensation customers and business partners.
Training for this position will be conducted on-site at our Carmel, IN office location for the first 10-12 weeks. Upon successful completion of training, you will work a hybrid schedule.
Must-have qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience
- {OR} A minimum of two years post-secondary education
Preferred skills
- Prior call center Customer Service experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)
- Proficient use of multiple computer applications including the ability to toggle between dual monitors
- Strong attention to detail
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm and Friday 8:30am-5pm during training; Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm after training.
Compensation
- $19.50/hour
- Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
