Job Description
Title : Customer Service Specialist
Location : Tempe, AZ or Allentown, PA
Responsibilities:
•Develop objectives for the Customer Service team to meet or exceed defined service level targets.
•Manage staffing availability, performance development and development of team members. This includes defining and managing training plans for new hires.
•Be the Voice of Customers and drive opportunities to improve quality of services.
•Ensure SOP adherence and ownership of Customer Service audit including closure of findings.
•Responsible for cost and team performance.
•Leverage Customer Service functional tools and use data to support decision making.
Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or other related subject.
•5 + years team management experience
•Experience working with the Customer Service function
•Up to 15% domestic travel
Preferred Qualifications:
•Familiar with Customer Service operation or SAP ERP Order to Cash function
•Experience working in a global organization
•Experience working in Semiconductor industry
•Leadership, change management and conflict management experience
