Customer Service &Scheduling Representative Heat Treat Division
GENERAL: Responsible for Customer Service calls and contacts, scheduling, record retention and ERP support. Assist with expediting of jobs throughout the plant. On-site position. Shop floor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities): Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Proficient with Microsoft products and overall computer savvy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Effectively communicate with customers about assigned activities, followed by internal communications, documentation, and follow-ups. (Professional verbal communication, along with concise effective email)
Review shipment documentation and invoice details for completeness and accuracy.
Scheduling of Heat Treat Orders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
