Pet Parent Support Team Representative
Job Summary
The Pet Parent Support Representative is a key contributor to
growing and maintaining Red Barn’s core customers. This role is heavily focused
on Customer Service and will be responsible for 1) achieving sales goals and 2) retaining
our current pet parents. To be successful in this role, the candidate must have
a driving passion for exceeding goals and supporting the company’s core values.

RBDH is a multi-unit Dogtopia Franchisee throughout the East Coast.
We currently operate a portfolio of 29+ doggie daycares from Boston to Raleigh,
with an aggressive growth plan to double our store count over the next 18-24
months. Our HQ, conveniently located in Shelton CT, supports a team
of 500 employees and 20,000+ pet parents, who are equally committed to
providing our 24,000+ dogs and counting with the Most Exciting Day Ever.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Store sales:
- Responding to pet parent inquiries in a timely manner to ensure the lead does not go stale
- Create and maintain accurate records as customers move through the sales funnel using HubSpot CRM.
- Reviewing our service offerings, brand standards, and key differentiators to position our daycares as the provider of choice for dog daycare, boarding, and spa services in the community.
- Assist pet parents in scheduling Meet & Greets and confirming appointments.
- Follow up with pet parents post Meet & Greet to assist them with enrollment/membership package selection.
- Consultative sales using the understanding of the dog's need for our services and our status as the leader in the pet service industry.
- Achieving sales goals through timely execution, follow-up, and building an emotional connection.
- Scheduling current pet parent appointments (daycare, overnight, and spa)
- Report pet parent feedback to appropriate departments for follow-up.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Previous sales or Customer Service experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Highly motivated and can work in a fast paced environment.
- Detail-oriented in both communication and administrative tasks.
- Proficient in learning new software tools.
- MOST LOVE DOGS.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- 1 year of related experience
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Pay: $15 - $17 / hour
