Muncy Machine is a manufacturer of heavy lifting hardware, testing equipment and a software developer.
We are seeking a professional who can plan/schedule trips for our service team, enter quotes, orders and invoices service work performed. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls at the location, utilizing company policies and procedures to solve customer issues and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary. Our CSRs are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions. The candidate will help drive sales with current customers, schedule service and work with our team.
Responsibilities:
- Give customers basic information about the company's products and services.
- Operate telephone equipment to take orders from customers and place orders with vendors.
- Respond to customer complaints, explain company policies and resolve problems.
- Answer and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Explain company policies to customers and offer information about products and services.
- Coordinate activities with other departments.
- Schedule appointments for customers and maintenance personnel.
- Schedule services for customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
