Satcom Marketing is a small business in Fort Myers, FL. We are a small group of diversified agents looking to deliver exceptional Customer Service to our clients. Customer Service Retention Specialist's will receive hourly plus commission on a bi-weekly pay structure! Leaving it entirely up to you to decide your pay!

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional assistance or information.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure professional and friendly interactions with customers.
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to effectively upsell products or services.
- Proficient in typing & data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and resolve customer issues effectively
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must. Bilingual agents will be talking to both english and spanish customers.
