Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Achieve individual and department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Consistently execute our company's selling model
- Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer clientele through engagement and developing relationships
- Maintain stockroom and salesfloor assigned areas
- Assist with shipment, visual presentations, and price changes as directed
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered at our location
- Process transactions
- Comply with dress code and other associate work rules
Qualifications
- A friendly and energetic personality with Customer Service focus
- Passionate about meeting sales goals
- Basic understanding of sales principles and Customer Service practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced competitive environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
