What you will do:
- In-bound/ outbound calls
- Booking in-bound calls, emails to customers
- Selling products and services to existing customers
- Handle calls from over-flow
- Scheduling maintenance calls to customers, making 100+ calls a day.
What you bring:
- 2+ years of Customer Service
- 2+ years of call center experience
- 2+ years of office experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Conscientious, team player
- Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a good attitude
- Flexible availability, reliable transportation
- Computer/ software knowledge a plus
- Saturdays required.
PAY TRANSPARENCY:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $18-$22hr the actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
