We are seeking an eager and motivated Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to support our Sales Team in phone support, order processing, light marketing, and graphic design.
You do not need previous sales or graphic design training; we will teach you!
This is ideal for any entry-level candidate who may have recently graduated and is interested in being groomed and promoted to a sales position. Candidates should be open to learning skills beyond their required roles.
Pay is $18 to $20/hour.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales Team and Executive Support
- Sales Training
- Follow Up Calls with Current Customers
- Tracking Sales Numbers
- Oversee RMA’s and Orders
- Product Troubleshooting
- Production Duties
- Light Marketing and Graphic Design
Knowledge and Skills
- Attention to details
- Good communication skills
- Salesforce knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of thermal printers would be an advantage
- Passion for long term professional growth
- Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a huge plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a good team player
- Attention to details
