We are looking for a customer-oriented Service Representative., who will act be first point of contact for potential clients. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help clients get the best experience possible. To succeed in this position, you must be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Customer Service Representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes. The day-to-day functions of this position are answering incoming phone calls, gathering information and inputting that information into a Customer Management System. There is zero cold calling, zero quotas and zero guesswork. You will receive all the training necessary to be confident in your work. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. This job is 100 percent remote.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
