We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers in resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
-- Enter customer information and interactions into the database accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while interacting with customers
- Assist with data entry tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred

-Printing experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
