Job Description
We are looking to hire "4 Customer Service Representatives". This is NOT A REMOTE POSITION, NOR HYBRID. This is an on-site position in a lovely facility with a beautiful office environment!
The representatives will be answering inbound calls, and assisting customers via email. All Customer Service Representatives must be empathetic, with effective listening skills, patient, and willing to solve problems with a critical thinking, solution-oriented mindset.
- Stable past employment history
- Updated resume and verifiable employment verifications
- Excellent English speaking, listening, and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft OFFICE (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multi-task between client services database
- Must handle a difficult phone call and communicate effectively in challenging situations.
This is a full-time Monday through Friday position and Saturday (5) hours of overtime are paid at the overtime rate. The starting pay for this position is $17.00. There is DEFINITE STABILITY, ROOM FOR GROWTH, AND ADVANTAGE TO WORK WITH AN AMAZING COMPANY AND GREAT MANAGEMENT TEAM AND LEADERS!!!!!
