IPS Packaging & Automation has been providing customers across the nation with innovative packaging solutions for 47 years. As industry experts, we exceed the needs of our customers by offering a plethora of packaging supplies, equipment, and services.
We are in search of a Customer Service Representative for our growing team in the Dallas/Fort Worth TX area. Our ideal candidate will have previous account management, or Customer Service experience, as well as the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
Bi-lingual is highly preferred
We need individuals who can:
- Complete tasks related to order entry, tracking, expediting and follow up
- Actively review margins on sales orders and appropriately maintain or increase the orders as needed
- Work with purchasing to expedite incoming purchase orders to fulfill all customer orders
- Issue purchase orders for direct shipments and follow up with vendors
- Complete new customer setup and maintain Customer Maintenance
- Continuous review of open order reports to keep customers and sales representative current and accurate
- Work with freight carriers on quotes, tracking and requesting PODs
- Process RMA requests and forms
- Assist customers calling the Customer Service number
