Premiere Home Builders Inc. is a leading construction company specializing in residential home building projects. We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to our clients and assisting them with inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, and provide timely and professional assistance.
- Answer inquiries and provide information about our products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and escalations promptly and effectively.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any outstanding issues or concerns.
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Service team, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation, as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in Customer Service or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult or challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using Customer Service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a remote team.
