Customer Service Representative

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle customer interactions with empathy and professionalism
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate assistance
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide updates, and promote sales opportunities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer information in the system
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in order to enhance the overall customer experience

Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products is desirable
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
