We are seeking an individual to lead inbound sales and sourcing efforts of the industrial PVF (Pipes/Valves/Fittings) sector of our distribution business.

- Manage and expand existing accounts while acquiring new business within the assigned territory.
- Conduct customer consultations, offering solutions.
- Deliver exceptional Customer Service through effective communication via phone, email, and chat.
- Process customer orders, inquiries, and complaints efficiently, collaborating with the sales support team.
- Become a product expert to provide tailored solutions and address customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team for customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records, address concerns, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse and logistics teams, resolving shipping issues.
- Foster positive relationships with customers, respond to inquiries, and support the outside sales force.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and various departments, ensuring timely deliveries and managing returns.
- Work with estimating and engineering for cost-effective solutions, providing timely follow-up.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3-6 years of progressive sales & Customer Service experience, preferably in an industrial, PVF, or supply chain setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of industrial products, materials, and equipment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and order processing systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs and industry dynamics.

Work Environment
Physical Requirements:
- The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.

- Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Environmental Conditions:
- The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
- Occasionally, the employee may be exposed to high, precarious places and vibration.
