The world’s largest and top-rated digital print, marketing and design franchise is seeking candidates for a position as a Customer Service Representative / Production Support Associate. This position will be responsible for assisting our customers via telephone, email, and in person at our office with their print, promotional and design projects.
You will be dealing directly with customers, preparing estimates, work orders in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. You will also perform bindery / finishing tasks, as needed.
You will be expected provide exemplary CUSTOMER SERVICE, build relationships, and use consultative selling when working with customers.

The following skills will be needed, but not limited to:
- Basic computer functions including Microsoft Office. Knowing Adobe
Creative Cloud is a plus.
- Basic math skills, with a good understanding of a ruler and fractions
- Speed, accuracy and attention to detail a must
- Must be detail oriented and have good time management
- Must be able to work independently
- Experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
We are looking for full or part time support:
Part Time Hours: 20 hours a week
Full Time Hours: 40 hours a week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
